With a demonstration kitchen as the centrepiece of the day with demonstration chefs preparing a wide range of fantastic dishes from fish. See how to prepare a variety of fish and sample underwater delights from the traditional Pie & Mash and Jellied Eels to sushi and contemporary flavours.
Take in the fishy theme around the market with games, rides, activities and entertainment's specially commissioned for the day.
