This estate voted AGAINST transfer and so remains with the LBTH Council.

This will ensure that it remains in its present state for years to come because the council has no money to spend upon improvements let alone maintaining the existing paintwork windows et cetera.

This may be good news for leaseholders who will not have to spend money they haven't got on tarting up the blocks to look like boxes of chocolate or building huge pigeon lofts.
